The Top Ten
1 One Direction One Direction (commonly abbreviated as 1D) were a British-Irish pop boy band based in London, composed of Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and previously, Zayn Malik until his departure from the band on 25 March 2015. I know it's cliche, but they are extremely overrated, I can't believe they're still relevant. I had hoped that these guys would fade into obscurity like Big Time Rush or The Jonas Brothers, but no, they're still making popular music!

NOT a band - a boy group from X-Factor

Look, I don't think these guys are completely bad and untalented, but I don't think that they deserve to be in the #1 spot for so many lists with so many more deserving artists like Rage Against the Machine, Anthrax, even Limp Bizkit deserves more praise than LP.

If you exclude their first three albums, I agree. But do not call 'Hybrid Theory', 'Meteora', and 'Minutes to Midnight' overrated (especially the first two).

An untalented band that was never even good or popular, even in the nu-metal genre. They were a band like many others.

Now they are know just because the death of his singer. Best known by his gastric constipation face than by his (lack of) talent.

3 5 Seconds Of Summer 5 Seconds of Summer are an Australian pop-rock band from Sydney, Australia, that formed in 2011. They rose to international fame while touring with One Direction on the Take Me Home Tour.

Wanna-be punks who claim they are not a boyband yet, they copy everything about One Direction, who are way better than them. Can't believe people actually like them, their songs aren't even good and they are not very attractive. They should be #1 instead of One Direction.

A copy-paste boy band trying to be punk, with a fanbase mostly comprised of a fanbase of teenagers that wear Nirvana shirts because they like Smells Like The Spirit.

They totally are not a boy band. And they are actually cool. They are really talented and they aren’t really trying to be anyone.

They've been around for many years. They can't stay at the top of their game forever! I still love them though; they've produced some of the most memorable and catchy songs of the pop/rock world ever.

How'd these guys get a slot in the superbowl? They haven't made decent music in a decade!

(When Chris Martin went in between Beyonce and Bruno Mars, it was a delicious untalented Oreo.)

5 Little Mix Little Mix are a British girl group formed in 2011, consisting of members Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jesy Nelson.

They are the modern day Spice Girls. All their songs are the same. They’re so bad

6 Maroon 5 Maroon 5 is an American pop/pop rock band that originated in Los Angeles, California. Before the current group was established, the original four members, Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael Mickey Madden and Ryan Dusick, formed a band known as Kara's Flowers in 1994, while they were still in high school.

Rolling Stone named "Radioactive", which holds the record for most weeks charted on the Billboard Hot 100, the "biggest rock hit of the year".

They had 3 good songs in like 2013. I don't know why there's still a fanbase for these guys...

I know I'm going to get a lot of hate for this but I'm just gonna put it out there.

21st Century Breakdown was the last great Green Day album.

There were some songs on American Idiot that were good, but others were just bad or average. The Uno, Dos, Tres trilogy however... well, it was below average. Just stick to Nimrod, Insomniac, Dookie, Smoothed Out Slappy Hours, and Warning.

Yeah, people say Green Day was bad after 21st century breakdown or American idiot or whatever, or Nimrod and doobie sucked, well here's my stance on it:

Why are korn on here? Sure their new material is pretty bland these days and they don't have the emotional aggressiveness as they used to but they have had some classic albums. Hardly overrated in my opinion, they rocked the 90s.
