He's actually a great villain, but some versions of him are overrated like the Tim burton film, The Animated Series, and The Lego Batman Movie. - girlcool

This should definitely be number 1. Catwoman isn't a villain. Suicidee Squad brought her up to number 2 on the Best DC Villains list, above Deathstroke, Darkseid, Lex Luthor, and all those guys. What an awful villain. - 445956
