For example, Goku was considered the most powerful character, but then Cell was defeated by Gohan, not Goku. Yet, Goku is given more Saiyan forms just to boost his power. The fanbase thinks he is some kind of god, even though he couldn't even touch Beerus initially after giving his everything. It wasn't until Beerus started training him that fans believe he has a chance at surpassing Beerus. Fanbase!
Goku is the most overrated anime character. He's a horrible character. He's always letting villains go and risking Earth's safety for his own selfish reasons. And then he abandons his family and talks crap about his wife.
Broly is the main antagonist in the Broly Triple Threat trilogy and Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie. He appears to be the latest of the Legendary Super Saiyans who appear every thousand years. His father was Paragus. Broly has to be number one! People are saying he can beat Cell, Buu, Omega Shenron, and SSJ3 Goku with enough time!
Cell would destroy Broly, and Broly could kill himself if he overflows.

He pretty much ruined all non-Saiyan male characters and unnecessarily replaced Yamcha (an actual character). He is just a poor man's Goku and always rants about being the prince of all Saiyans while only thinking about surpassing Goku.
I don't understand why everyone likes Vegeta so much. He gets beaten by every single villain/hero in the franchise. His cocky and arrogant attitude is annoying when you know he's clearly outmatched by his opponent. And he cried over being lesser than Frieza!
