It was created in 2011 but I didn't get it until 2016 or 17. I loved it at first and messaged my classmates on there all the time (yes, clearly I was that one annoying kid who made 100 groupchats with the same people and didn't leave anyone alone until they blocked me). Then, I started getting bored of it. It was only fun because of the filters but it didn't have anything special apart from the fact that it was my first social media. Part of me wishes I was born a little earlier so I could see the start of Snapchat, as it seems like such a nostalgic app. You can't get that rainbow filter anymore which is a shame.
