Naruto Uzumaki is a fictional character in the anime and manga franchise Naruto, created by Masashi Kishimoto. The most overrated character at least in this list. He is not intelligent as shikamaru,nor talented as Sasuke, or skilled as kakashi. without the nine tails he cannot accomplish most of the things he does

Kakashi Hatake is a fictional character in the Naruto manga and anime series created by Masashi Kishimoto. In the story, Kakashi is the teacher of Team 7, consisting of the series' primary characters, Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno. A buffon of a shinobi, his past made him realized what a great joke and bad luck he is to the people around him. The only thing he did personality-wise was to deny a fan girls delusion and killing her to beat sense into her.
OVERRATED?
Lol I couldn't see him as this being Godlike powerful as the fandom portrays. Pein in edo tenseid form beat the crap out of him. He wasn't even the greatest, the fact that Obito surpassed him is clear enough. The fandom made him way too famous than what he really is. Madara, Obito, Itachi even Naruto and Sasuke were way below this list and a capable fighter than him. Just plain stupid to think he's powerful. IMAO Kakashi is just a trash.
Kakashi is way overrated. At first he was strong and cool, but soon it seemed that he is "best" in everything! And in the last arc when Kakashi created Susanoo with Obito's eyes, it was the most overrated thing ever on Naruto

Absolutely overrated. He survived his death by Madara's help and gained superstrength and fast healing regeneration courtesy of Hashirama cells. Manipulated Akatsuki in the shadows. His Kamui is far superior to Minato's FTG. Godlike even when he became the Ten Tailed host and it took Kaguya to kill him! Moreover not long after his death he willed his spirit to help team 7 by temporarily lending his awesome eye abilities to the idiot teammate!
Minato Namikaze was the fourth Hokage of Village Hidden in the Leafs and the man responsible for sealing the nine-tailed demon fox inside Naruto Uzumaki when he was born. Doing so cost him his life, and before dying he asked that the villagers not see Naruto as the monster within him, instead wanting him to be viewed as a hero, a request ignored by the villagers. Deidara is a fictional character from the Naruto universe created by Masashi Kishimoto and developed into a media franchise, which consists of a series of manga, anime, soundtracks, OVAs, movies, video games, and other collectibles. For those who thinks he is overrated, just a little reminder that he almost killed Sasuke and if Sasuke didn't summon the snake he would've died. He was not even 20 when he joined Akatsuki. Pein himself admitted that Deidara's death was a great lost to Akatsuki. He didn't even use his full power when he captured Gaara, which was one of the jinchuuriki, Deidara attempted to capture him not kill him.
I'm glad that Deidara is popular. I love this guy! He is spectacular in appearance, speech, personality, and abilities. Using only his chakra and clay, he can take to the air and destroy entire villages with his explosives. Formidable, not weak, and not overrated.
Overrated my ass. Deidara was interesting and had more character than all of the Akatsuki members together. He was definitely not weak as well. He's very underrated in terms of his character and abilities.
I don't get why Deviantart was so obsessed with him back in 2007-2012. He was just an average character who was not that important to the series, even Konohamaru had more depth than him

Itachi Uchiha is a fictional character in the Naruto manga and anime series created by Masashi Kishimoto. The most overrated Naruto character; no one else can be as overrated as him. His fans always say he can beat Madara which is completely impossible. Itachi cannot fight toe-to-toe with the God of Shinobi Hashirama, Itachi cannot summon meteors, Itachi cannot dominate the Tailed Beasts while blind, Itachi cannot defeat an entire army, Itachi is not as experienced and intelligent as Madara, Itachi cannot defeat the five Kage, and Itachi definitely cannot reach Madara's level. Itachitards are completely illogical and idiotic. All they do is obsessively overrate and overhype Itachi to no end. Madara can easily counter all of Itachi's strongest powers. Itachi has absolutely no chances in defeating Madara. Itachi is just an ant compared to Madara. Madara can just stomp and crush Itachi with zero difficulty.
Probably one of the most overrated characters in the entire series. His fans overestimate his abilities to the point where they even made up a fake rumor in which Kishimoto said Itachi is the strongest Uchiha who can easily defeat Madara. Itachi is no match for Madara, not even close. Madara will defeat Itachi even before Itachi could even touch him.
Easily the most overrated character. People always exaggerate his powers. He's not the strongest character. Many characters are way more powerful than him.
By overrated, I mean he gets to much hype. He isn't gods gift to ninja kind. He honestly didn't handle things as well as he could of, especially with Sasuke.

I feel like if he was a double agent for Konoha against the Akatsuki, he wouldn't be as bad, but no. He has to go the route that makes the least sense. I love him, but I hate him.
Very overrated indeed. Knew what his brother left him to do which was protect Konoha and did the exact opposite. If it wasn't others who helped him such ad Orochimaru's curse mark and etc he wouldn't be considered as strong.

She wears the symbol of her clan on her back. ...read more. Sakura should be number one, even more overrated than Kakashi and Sasuke. She is totally useless and when you watch the entire series again, when she is hurt or anything, what she would do was Naruto Sasuke kun helpp. Although she had some epic moments such as defeating Sasori of the Red Sand, she wouldn't have accomplished that much without others' help. Yes she saved lifes but she is also useless is most moments. She ignored and be rude to Naruto who admired her and saved her lives like 10 times and only cared for her Sasuke-kun who tried to killed her. If it wasn't Naruto and Sasuke who saved her, she wouldn't even survive til Shippuden.
Too much! It is no big deal. A weak ninja who is placed as better than her master. Its strength several other characters have equal. Their intelligence is not as great as they say. It doesn't even seem to be one of the main characters.
Why I don't think she's useless or anything, she is definitely overrated.
He is absollutely USELESS but somehow many manages to survive. Her only powerful move is "Naruto! Sasuke! Help Me! "
