These are players that are just overrated this does not mean they are bad. The criteria for this list will depend on stats, awards, and overall effectiveness of the players. These players might not have the required leadership or maybe that are just plain out bad, but for some reason are called amazing.
Michael Jeffrey Jordan, also known by his initials, MJ, is an American retired professional basketball player. Michael Jordan is so overrated. Sure he was amazing player, but the GOAT? I don't think he is that material. One of the only reasons he won a championship was, because of Scottie Pippen and some lucky shots from role players.
The bulls only won 2 less games without them. Plus, he was a ball hog and he NEVER made his teammates better. Also, he played in an era with 6 expansion teams added so there wasn’t much competition since expansion teams are TERRIBLE in their first few years as a team.

Allen Ezail Iverson is an American retired professional basketball player who played for 14 seasons in the National Basketball Association. I'll admit he might great at dribbling, but his efficiency was low. I actually think he was the most inefficient player ever. He might up there in the top ten, but definitely not top 5

Jimmy Butler III is an American professional basketball player for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association. Born in Houston, Butler grew up in Tomball, Texas, and attended college at Marquette University. I am just hating on Bulls players. Just kidding. I do think J Butler is overrated just because he is a poor leader. It wasn't because of Butler the Bulls made the playoffs at any time in his career.
Kobe Bryant (1978 - 2020) was an American retired professional basketball player. He played his entire 20-year career with the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association. Kobe Bryant has won 5 NBA championships with the Lakers and was the all-time leading scorer in Lakers franchise history.
He Retired in 2016. He died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California at age 41. I put Kobe lower than the others, because he is just a ball hog. If he wasn't a ball hog he would not be on this list.
Eric Ambrose Gordon Jr. is an American professional basketball player for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association. So he is on the underrated and overrated list here is why. Early in his career he was so overrated people though he would be the GOAT! But now he is underappreciated currently.
