Probably not as directly as others but after Thor got better Loki was the lesser favorite son.

Mostly because in Thor Ragnarok he sends Loki away without meeting him directly and wanted to talk to Thor instead.

Probably not as pissed as others, but he wasn't going to deal with any of Loki's real schemes.
