I'm only voting for him because he has a legit reason for deserving his name in the Death Note. Also, really guys? Half of the people on this list are already dead, you can't wish dead people who already died.

This person has more of a reason to sign the death note than anybody else I've seen on this list hands down. If you disagree with me than you're obviously very ignorant.
