Springer has collaborated with various animation veterans such as Genndy Tartakovsky, Paul Rudish, Rumen Petkov, Stephen Hillenburg and John Kricfalusi. He created numerous pilots for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim that, although never made into full series, have developed cult followings.
