Elvis didn't die of a drug overdose. He had an heart attack on the toilet. - TheStargazer

Didn't really died of an " overdose " but he was addicted to many drugs ( Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Demerol [ a powerful opiate ]... ). He went through periods of intense constipation because his colon had been so dammaged by his drug intake. Constipation turned out to be one of the contributing factors to his death. He maybe didn't die of an overdose of drugs but he certainly died indirectly of the drugs he took.
