Didn't really died of an " overdose " but he was addicted to many drugs ( Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Demerol [ a powerful opiate ]... ). He went through periods of intense constipation because his colon had been so dammaged by his drug intake. Constipation turned out to be one of the contributing factors to his death. He maybe didn't die of an overdose of drugs but he certainly died indirectly of the drugs he took.

Elvis didn't die of a drug overdose. He had an heart attack on the toilet.

5 Keith Moon Keith John Moon was an English drummer for the rock band the Who. He was noted for his unique style and his eccentric, often self-destructive behaviour. His drumming continues to be praised by critics and musicians.

He died of a drug that was given by his doctor to stop his alcoholism. He nevertheless drank the day he died with this drug in his body and because of that he couldn't vommit anymore and that's what in the end killed him
