PG-13 Movies Rated by the MPAA that Should Have Been Rated PG

It's kind of kid friendly

It's has a edited PG cut, but I feel like that the uncut version should of been passed with the same rating.

Having a animated movie with a PG-13 rating based on "irreverent humor throughout" and brief cartoon nudity sounds pretty immaterialize.

I mean he does give two middle fingers in this movie so I say keep the rating to pg13

It's not marketed towards kids in which is probably the reason why It's PG-13, but the violence in the movie is entirely animated that It shouldn't be upsetting as It would a lot more in Live Action.
