He changed the attitude of the team in more ways than one with his drive, his spirit and lifted the team to heights this city hasn't seen in the basketball world. When it was all said and done, Isiah brought the city a pair of NBA World Championships, a plaque in the basketball Hall of fame and a place as one of the 75 greatest players in NBA history.

Karras was a member of the famed NFL All-decade Team of the 1960s. He was awesome.
