In High School in Oak Lawn, Illinois, he led the Bulldogs to a 24-5 record and an appearance in the class AA Eisenhower Sectional tournament. Then in college he led Marquette to a final four appearance and finally the Heat and with first Shaq and then LeBron James he was a leader and a champion.
