Easily the best villain in my opinion. He isn't evil for the sake of being evil, he wants to make the world a better place, but goes to extreme means to do so and make Cole strong enough to fight the beast

The head of the Twisted Metal tournament, Calypso is one brilliant villain. He knows how to play the contestants and twist their wishes if he so desires. His dark sense of humour rivals that of Sweet Tooth or even The Joker
