Primarina is elegant, and Popplio is still learning to be cute, so Brionne's adorable bubble-and-water-balloon dances are the CUTEST! And... I've used it competitively and it only has three problems on the battle field (not including type advantage). Throat Chop, Cacophony, and Soundproof. Awesome!

"Alolan Vulpix" is an Ice-type regional variant of one of the most popular Pokémon, Vulpix. As its name says, it comes from the Alola Region. My favorite pokemon ever since Gen VII was released, but I can very much assure you it's not underrated.

Glaceon, known in Japan as Glacia, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. If you look at its design Glaceon isn't really underrated. But in battle it's just plain horrible that it doesn't deserve to be underrated for the good reasons, especially its typing. I mean it has good special attack and defense, but its slow speed, limited offensive moveset, and low hp makes it a huge disadvantage so it's not a feasible pokemon to use in competitive play like many ice types.
Yet it's one of my favorite pokemon that I use most in casual play. Its cry makes me want to pet it every time...🥺
