Mewtwo is a psychic-type Legendary Pokémon from Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon media franchise. Designed by Ken Sugimori, it made its first appearance in the games Pokémon Red and Blue. It was created by Dr. Fuji using gene splicing in an attempt to clone Mew. In the Pokémon games, it's infamously known as the most powerful Pokémon among all species. Mewtwo is capable of evolving into two forms - Mega Mewtwo X (using Mewtonite X) and Mega Mewtwo Y (using Mewtonite Y)He's just awesome. He's not crazy, he's perfectly sane. He was right; the only way the only way to save humanity is to destroy it. Should he DO it himself? No. But he was right no the less. Technically he's not a villain he's a "villain".
Ghetsis Harmonia, or simply Ghetsis, is the main antagonist in Pokemon Black and White and the direct sequels, as well as the adoptive father of N, Concordia, and Athea. He manipulates his own son into chasing his dreams so that he can gain power behind the scenes.In B/W, his Hydreigon can one shot N's entire team. That hydreigon has the lowest possible happiness stat in the game by the way. In B2W2, he at BEST he tried to freeze the player character for eternity and at worst, he tried to stab them with icicle spears.
Oh and to top it all off, in Ultra Sun and Moon, after you beat him, he gets angry and threatens a 10 year old girl, implying that he will hurt or even kill her if you don't throw all your pokeballs on the ground and stop fighting.
All of these other villains with their crobats that they evolved through happiness have NOTHING on Ghetsis.
Ghetsis is the best Pokemon villain hands down.
He's a total sociopath. Just look at his image. Listen to his theme. HE ORDERED KYUREM TO IMPALE AN ELEVEN YEAR OLD WITH ICICLES! WHO DOES THAT?!
