The Top Ten
1 Volcanion (Fire/Water) Volcanion, known in Japan as the same name, is a Legendary Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

Shame Volcanion is severely underrated due to how late it came into the games.

I don't get how it can be fire AND water. It makes no sense!

2 Marshadow (Fighting/Ghost) Marshadow is a Fighting/Ghost-type Mythical Pokémon introduced in Generation VII. It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon.

Funny story, Marshadow was said to have a "very unique typing" that came along with the leaked starter evolution concept art and people speculated a lot about what the typing could be. No one predicted that it will be a fighting/ghost.

3 Mimikyu (Fairy/Ghost) Mimikyu is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise. It is a Ghost and Fairy type whose ability, disguise, allows it to take one hit without taking damage
4 Mega Altaria (Dragon/Fairy)

Actually no, Primarina shares the same typing with Maril/Azumaril and Tapu Fini. Not a new typing shared that only one Pokemon has.
