Predicted Top Ten ATP Tennis Players of 2020

Predicting the top ten ATP Tennis seeds by 2020. Though I'm a massive Rafael Nadal fan, I don't see him anywhere in the top 15 in 4 years time, given the amount he taxes his knees with his style of play.

The Top Ten

1 Novak Djokovic Novak Djokovic is a Serbian professional tennis player who is currently ranked world No.1 in men's singles tennis by the Association of Tennis Professionals.

With his level of fitness, the world's most Complete player EVER should be able to hold his number 1 spot for years to come. - Ishaan_7

Always will be good

My favorite player!

Though I am massive fan of Rafa. But Novak looks in form of his carrer.Literally speaking I now have lost interest in Tennis only due to declining form of Rafa.
Novak will certainly be the best player in upcoming future.
If something good can happen then for me it will be only Rafa coming back onto his form that used to be. - divphygamer

2 Alexander Zverev

Germany is due for a winner. Haas was a placeholder.

The young German has a very impressive modern baseline groundstroke style of play, and could well and easily break into the top 10 in years to come. - Ishaan_7

3 Dominic Thiem

Another extremely talented young gun, with a knack of pushing opponents to the limit. A rocket-like single hand backhand down-the-line groundstroke. - Ishaan_7

He'll be Nr.1 one day!

4 Nick Kyrgios Nicholas Hilmy "Nick" Kyrgios is an Australian professional tennis player who is currently ranked world no. 30 in men's singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals. He is currently the highest-ranked Australian in the ATP rankings.

People argue that he doesn't have the attitude to become a champion, but the former world junior champion's no-nonsense, hard hitting & big serve style of play might make those people think again. - Ishaan_7

5 Borna Coric

Djokovic claimed that he sees himself at 18 when he watches Coric play. Though still an unpolished gem, the teen has caused major upsets like beating Nadal & Murray. High hopes on this lad. - Ishaan_7

6 Grigor Dimitrov

Widely recognized as Baby Fed, Grigor Dimitrov has all the arrows in the quiver to possibly take him all the way on top. Consistency is key though. - Ishaan_7

7 Denis Shapovalov
8 Milos Raonic Milos Raonic is a Canadian professional tennis player. He reached a career-high Association of Tennis Professionals world No. 3 singles ranking on November 21, 2016.

One of the best Tennis Serves in the game, with a lethal second serve too. This coupled with solid baseline groundstrokes, and with the old-school serve & volley technique can carry him to World No. 2, by 2020. - Ishaan_7

He's already up to his 200th victory. This man will reach up there. Plus, he's got a gorgeous girlfriend.

9 Kei Nishikori

People compare his style of play to be Djokovic-esque, but with his nagging injuries, question marks over whether Kei can actually reach the potential he's got. Those acute angled double handed backhand cross court shots though! Woah! - Ishaan_7

He's the best tennis player in the world. He's tennis is always exciting and I think I can watch his play forever.

10 Andy Murray

With one of the best backhands in the game, Murray's all-round attributes can push him to stay in the top flight. Question marks over his fitness though. - Ishaan_7

The Contenders

11 Alex de Minaur
12 Andrey Rublev
13 Roger Federer Roger Federer (born 8 August 1981) is a Swiss professional tennis player who is currently ranked world No. 3 in men's singles tennis by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). 14 David Goffin
15 Rafael Nadal Rafael "Rafa" Nadal Parera is a Spanish professional tennis player, currently world No. 1 in men's singles tennis by the Association of Tennis Professionals.

16 Chung Hyeon

Probably the most improved player in recent years, after Coric. Though still a little raw, Chung has the game style it takes to make it to the top 4. - Ishaan_7

17 Jack Sock

His return of serves are remarkable, probably on second to Novak's and maybe Murray's too. This lad has all the mental traits it takes to make a champion. - Ishaan_7

He has a good forehand

18 Lucas Pouille
19 Matteo Berrettini
20 Juan Martin Del Potro

This is a joke, right? He's past his prime and has been hurt since forever. Its like putting Robin Soderling.

21 Gaƫl Monfils

He is still young and he is one of the few that actually looks like he is having fun.

22 Frances Tiafoe

High hopes on this young gun. He's got skill, and is already making a name for himself in the challenger series. - Ishaan_7

23 Stefanos Tsitsipas
24 Daniil Medvedev
25 Bernard Tomic

Another one of those talented Aussie bad boys, who's gotten himself into a lot of controversies. If he can work on his attitude, Tomic could be the big thing by 2020. - Ishaan_7
