Predicted Game of the Year Contenders of 2019

Now call me a Sony Pony or something, but this game is looking great! The original was spectacular, and this will most probably improve upon its predecessor. The gameplay footages revealed look quite good, and it will probably contend for this year's GoTY!

I feel like this is going to be a disappointment compared to the 1st one, which was a great game.

Hope this game wins it. It has a lot of potential.

It's been 11 years since the release of Devil May Cry 4, the previous numbered DMC title. (God I'm old...) 11 Years has culminated into what I can confidently consider to be one of the single greatest videogame franchise comebacks of this decade.

From the breathtaking visuals and animations of the RE Engine (Which I firmly consider to be pure sorcery), to the familiar, yet improved and refined combat gameplay I've been accustomed to since the 3rd and 4th game, and a slightly more focused and nuanced take on the story, all these features make this game the single greatest and most SSStylish game I've ever played this decade. #Jackpot

The genre defining hack 'n' slash, Devil May Cry is back! It is going to be amazing, and Dante is looking awesome! Devil May Cry has been a promising series, but it staggered a bit. Anyways, the demo of DMC 5 is looking amazing and it might be the best game of this year!

This game brought me back to gaming when I heared that there is a game that challenges gamers and is sparking a debate in the gaming world it interested me and it did not disappoint its been so long since I experienced this kind of rush and emotions towards a game.

Wonderful game. Where game mechanics and players wit make for a challenging adventure. Not a button mashing game. Game play teaches you how to overcome your enemy. Love how it requires a person to learn their opponents stregths/weaknesses. Combat is like a clashing of the swords dance that makes one feel as if they are a master shinobi. Number one on my list for game of the year so far.

There is only cyberpunk 2077 that might be better than this masterpiece

Was expecting a souls game, they delivered new mechanics and a different combat system beyond the quality of bloodborne and DS.

Better then the original and the original is easily considered in the top 100 games of all time what does that say about this?

Kingdom Hearts III has been released and is getting a lot acclaim from both critics and gamers. This one ends the dark seeker saga, and ends it in a nice way. The gameplay is what stands out, and Jack Sparrow stole the show!

This game is far from a masterpiece. It's okay, but it will not come even close to winning or possibly even be a nominee.

I finished playing it and I honestly wouldn't count on it. It had way too many missed opportunities.

This is going to be legendary! Cyberpunk 2077 will most likely obliterate every other futuristic game. The graphical look is quite great, and we may be able to customize our character. Night City is an awesome place to have a game set in. The gameplay seems to be first person and is expected to be really good. This one is an opponent to watch out for!

It has been confirmed at E3 2019 that the game will release on the 16th of April 2020.

Metro 2033 was an incredible game and here comes its sequel, the graphics look quite good and this one is not going to dissapoint.
P.S. I am not judging only on graphics, this game is supposed to have a nice gameplay.

Bethesda will gain it's reputation again. This will be the next sensation, DOOM! It looks good. Hope it is as good as the earlier DOOM games.

See Fallout 76 was just a filler game, kinda like ESO, which means it would be of lower quality, so I have high hopes for DOOM and Elder Scrolls VI.

FATALITY! HELL YEAH! This game might be the best MK! The graphics look good, and the gameplay will improve. And Scorpion and Raiden looked hell dangerous in the trailer. Raiden got red electricity and there might be a Scorpion clone. Let's see if this game packs a punch!

I love this game! Although I have not played it yet but I've seen people play it, and as soon as I laid my eyes on this game, I almost died! Also another reason I love this game so very much is because the Mortal Kombat franchise must go on am I right? And also the game is coming out on April 23 2019 (I'm not 100 percent sure if it comes out on that exact day) which is my brother's birth day! And my brother and I just love and I mean LOVE LOVE LOVE! The Mortal Kombat franchise! So it would be so amazing to me and my brother (mostly my brother) to have Mortal Kombat in our hands, and if it was also the game of the year that would be amazing, like the best day of my life! So please please please please! Make this becomes the game of the year and please release the game before April 23 2019 so I can get it to my brother in time! This game is pure awesomeness. I believe nothing on the horizon has what it takes to remove this game as king of the hill.

This game could be a serious contender, but we will have to see when the game releases.
