Top 10 Predictions for the Sunday Games in Week 17 of the 2018 Regular NFL Season

I'm gonna make a rule, and predict on games that are worth talking about, and not the filler ones that mean nothing. With that said the final week in regulation.

The Top Ten

1 Colts come out the victor in the Sunday night game to become the final seed in the AFC wild card

I'm gonna favor history and indicators here, and trust in Andrew Luck whose undefeated streak against the Titans is on the line, and the return his had has now look to have a big impact on the team as now they are a win away from being in the playoffs. As much as Titans can be good there mostly inconsistent and this game could prove to be that case of just coming up short. - htoutlaws2012

I'm going with the underdogs. Titans. Plus if the Titans lose their will be a lot of people raging at my school. - 2storm

Considering Marcus Mariota isn’t playing, I say Indy will win this one.

Colts: 28
Titans: 14 - PackFan2005

I have to go with Indy in this one. Andrew Luck always finds a way to beat the Titans and with Mariota being questionable I don’t trust them without Mariota. They’re a little too inconsistent - Randomator

2 Eagles beat Redskins, and Vikings fall to Bears

Its not crazy to think Philly may get the help they need knowing Chicago is technically still in the chase for a bye, and could put the exclamation point on Minnesota which means the match-up could be Philly Vs Chicago that sounds scary good to me. - htoutlaws2012

I see Philly winning their game easily but the Bears/Vikings game will probably be a close call. I think it all depends if Da Bears decide to go for the bye and play their starters or settle for the 3 seed and rest them. Either way Philly needs Da Bears to win to get in - Randomator

Go Eagles! Let’s keep the purple out of the postseason! - PackFan2005

3 Ravens win, and eliminate the steelers

I would say that the Browns have a chance but this is a different Ravens team. Lamar Jackson has given them life in ways Joe Flacco could only dream of not to mention their scary defense. I like Baltimore to seal the deal here and officially eliminate their rivals in black and gold. - Randomator

Similar to the one lower, but the Cleveland Browns are a very trendy looking team right now and as dangerous as they are Lamar Jackson has given this team some serious life, and could make sure to not have the possibility f a potential rare sweep by Browns the trust in Lamar will only get stronger from here. - htoutlaws2012

4 Chiefs secure home field advantage in the AFC Conference

I'm a bit skeptical about this team right now, however Patrick Mahomes there's a reason why his carried the team, and should outplay Derek Carr again, and sweep Jon Gruden's Raiders to earn the top seed and everyone comes to arrowhead although in this case home field advantage in Kansas City doesn't seem to make difference as history shows. - htoutlaws2012

This Chiefs team isn’t looking too hot right now but luckily they have an easy task against the Raiders. As long as they don’t blow this one away they should clinch home field advantage. Honestly this game could be what builds their confidence again. Then can we please win a home playoff game for once? It’s not that hard. All you need to do is let Patrick Mahomes lead the offense, Play some defense, and not choke. This team is capable and if they don’t succeed Bob Sutton should be fired - Randomator

5 Rams secure a bye, and get the two seed in the NFC playoffs

While I'm very concerned how they'll fair in the playoffs with this bye it will give them time to prepare, but the question will that team be than? They should be able to fend off a not quite ready yet 49ers team that has weakness in defense, and that should provide the helpful win. - htoutlaws2012

Should be an easy game but I’m not sure how they’ll do. It depends who they draw. - Randomator

6 Texans will be the winner of the AFC South with a game to host in the wild card

Houston will wanna make sure to win against a team that would have absolutely no business in even trying in the Jacksonville Jaguars, and that terrible offense is gonna get a mouthful of Texan today who will play with motivation to get a home game rather go on the road. - htoutlaws2012

Yeah this should be no contest. - Randomator

Considering they play the Jaguars, I’d say they win in a blowout and clinch the AFC South. - PackFan2005

7 Patriots end up having a bye, and the two seed in the AFC playoffs

Yeah the very average looking Patriots team somehow waltz to a bye, and you know very well as I do this New England squad looks nothing like they should on offense. Granted their good rushing up the gut, but where's the passing game? Regardless they'll beat up on most likely let go coach Todd Bowles since they kinda have something to play for. - htoutlaws2012

They don't deserve that bye. - 2storm

8 Steelers offense puts up 500 yards in the win, and perhaps their final game of the season over the Bengals

There gonna play this one for Big Ben more less give him his last shining moment perhaps there's no hope though when Ravens end up getting the victory, but this would be a way to end the season. - htoutlaws2012

9 Vikings offense gets bottled up to only less than 150 yards of total offense

I'm not totally sold this offense is clicking without an OC, and to prove that can you beat one of the best defenses in football? I say you can't, and you'll come up short today. Matt Nagy would love to eliminate his divisional foes. - htoutlaws2012

10 Chargers avoid getting swept to Denver in victory while also coming up short only to play the AFC wild card

In a valiant effort the Chargers will at least pick up this one because they'll play for something, and that is for the bye, and help Raiders continue their stupid win efforts which my exception is that won't happen. - htoutlaws2012
