Eden Michael Hazard, born January 7th, 1991, is a Belgian professional footballer who plays for Real Madrid CF and captains the Belgium national team. I think this player merits without doubt the first of the top 10 Premier League players 2013. It's always a pleasure to see him play and, in my opinion, he's a complete player and Chelsea is very lucky.

Van Persie is the best. He gives you goal when you need it. He probably shouldered United to the Premier League Title last season. It was predicted in the beginning of the season that he would take United to the Premier League Title and he did. He is beyond caparison right now.
Since joining Man Utd last season RVP has been an inspiration. He was the difference between us and the rest of the leagues dding that little bit more quality, style and class.
