Top Punch-Out!! Opponents.

These are my top opponents in the Punch-Out!! series, keep in mind when I mean "opponents" Little Mac, Doc Louis, Referee, and ANY specific member in the audience don't count.

The Top Ten

1 Donkey Kong Donkey Kong Donkey Kong is an arcade game released by Nintendo in 1981. It is an early example of the platform game genre, as the gameplay focuses on maneuvering the main character across a series of platforms while dodging and jumping over obstacles.

He was featured in the Nintendo Wii version as a character in Mac's Last Stand. And starred in the first Mario game, he is the true king of Nintendo. - LarryLarrington

2 Bald Bull Bald Bull

Had the biggest number of appearances out of all of the Punch-Out! games. He was also in Arm Wrestling as "Mask X". Bald Bull's only absence was in Super Punch-Out! released in 1984. - LarryLarrington

3 Mike Tyson Mike Tyson

The one and only Mike Tyson is the hardest character of them all. His uppercuts are faster than lightning, and can drain all of your health. - LarryLarrington

4 Glass Joe Glass Joe

We all know Glass Joe, a wimp at the height of 5' 10" weighing only 110lbs (112 in the Arcade version), with the record of 1 win, 99 losses, with 1 killed opponent. In all of his appearances, he will always be known for to be the first guy in the game. - LarryLarrington

5 Don Flamenco

This is the easiest Punch-Out! character of all time, even easier than Glass Joe. Especially on NES, the famous pattern Left, Right, Left, Right... - LarryLarrington

6 Mr. Sandman

Bring me a dream.

Mr. Sandman is your stereotypical fighter, quotes like "bed time" bring how evil he is. - LarryLarrington

7 King Hippo King Hippo King Hippo is a fictional boxer from Nintendo's Punch-Out!! series. King Hippo first appeared on the Nintendo Entertainment System game Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!, as the second competitor in the Major Circuit.

The one who will be defeated after getting knocked down JUST ONCE clearly should qualify to be on the list. He also ranks boxer that understandably weighs the most. - LarryLarrington

8 Soda Popinski Soda Popinski

Known as Vodka Drunkenski back in 1984. Soda Popinski is a Russian who is measured to be the tallest out of all of the Punch-Out! characters. - LarryLarrington

9 Bear Hugger Bear Hugger

Canadian who is friends with nature. He noticeably enjoys maple syrup like your basic Canadian. He was also the first opponent in Super Punch-Out! in 1984. If you don't feel comfortable with him on this spot, then I think you "need a hug". - LarryLarrington

10 Dragon Chan
