222 The Police The Police The Police were an English rock band formed in London in 1977 . For the majority of their history, the band consisted of Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland . They are most known for their songs "Message In A Bottle", "Roxanne", And "Every Breath You Take" .

They may have been loosely punk, but they were still punk.

Stin(k)g a Punk, don't think so.

223 GG Allin GG Allin Kevin Michael "GG" Allin (born Jesus Christ Allin; 1956-1993) was an American singer, songwriter and record producer, who performed and recorded with many groups during his career. He was best known for his graphic live performances which included self-mutilation, parading around the stage naked, fighting more.

A true Punk-Legend!

Why is GG Allin so low on the list?

224 P**** Riot

They are a pretty kick ass band and I'm only here to tell you how good they are and when you listen to swpb you wont ever want to leave your room again they have good songs like will you meet me in the graveyard? , there;s a new creep on the block, we all know the weddings over, sleeping beauty and a lot of more songs but listen to them they;re the best in my opinion.

226 Flipper Flipper Flipper is an American rock band formed in San Francisco, California in 1979, continuing in often erratic fashion until the mid-1990s, then reuniting in 2005. The band influenced a number of grunge, punk rock and noise rock bands.

I can't believe Flipper was ignored here. There'd be no Nirvana if Flipper never existed. Flipper was a million times better than Nirvana anyhow. In fact Flipper was responsible for creating the new genre of punk that's labeled as "grunge." I'm impressed with how this band slowed things down, listening to this band is the closest anybody could get to doing heroin without actually doing it.

This band should be top five. Will Shatter is better than any of the clowns at the top.

233 In Evil Hour
234 Dr. Know

What are these guys doing at 106? should be in the top 30 for sure.

5 seconds of summer is above Dr. Know. That is almost more sad than Green Day being number 1. -JS
