Top Ten Reasons Episode 2 of Cjwriter's Scrolls of the Inevitable is Taking a Long Time.

For those who don't know, Scrolls of the Inevitable is a post series I'm currently working on. I've only released one episode and it was released on the Friday before Christmas, sadly episode 2 is taking a lot longer than it should have. So unlike explaining it all, here's a list of ten reasons why Episode 2 is not out yet, just cause.
Also, please note that the only valid reasons are mainly the first 3 but all could apply in some way as well.
