Top Ten Reasons to Not Play Video Games

The Top Ten
1 It's addicting.

Everyone has their own experience, but for me as an adult, I enjoyed video games so much that I would ignore many things in my life that needed attention such as friends, family, work, financial needs, and many other important things in real life. For me, I had to completely give up playing video games up because they were becoming the top priority in my life.

There is nothing wrong with playing a video game for an hour per week. If you invest more time in it, you are gonna suffer... suffer a lot! Believe me, it is true. For only those who are prepared to deal with real problems succeed. Those who are prepared to deal with zombies etc... are doomed. I regret it so much that I played video games instead of reading good books and making friends! So please... for heaven's sake, try to overcome the desire to play video games! For they are very addicting. Like alcohol drinks and smoking, they are strong enough to ruin your life.

People who think the list is wrong are absolute idiots!
Every year, America is getting lazier and lazier!
You could play 1 hour a day, but a couple hours are too much
And also, how are shooting people or zombies a lesson.
So he/her is technically telling us to shoot people!
Unless you don't want to live under a roof, play video games 1 hr per day or don't play at all.

This list is wrong in all ways. Video games teach me lessons, like how to be more logical in real life. They are also very fun to play. It just depends on the person that plays it.

2 Broken and unplayable games

Solution: don't get broken and unplayable games. Also, don't use a typewriter if games aren't compatible with your device(s)

Some, But Not All, Ever Played Zelda?

3 Microtransactions

Wait, disagree. Don't want them, don't use them.

The only one I agree with so far.

They're running video games

Then don't use them. Simple.

4 It makes you lazy.

The video games don't make you lazy. It all depends on the person playing the game. The game cannot force the player to sit still for 5 hours straight, it is the player's choice.

Well, If YOU DO It All Day But If You Do It For Like About 50 Minutes Then Nope, It Doesn't Make You Lazy

You'll get fat from playing any video game for way too long.

You'll get fat from playing too much world of warcraft.

The Contenders
11 It makes you tired.
12 It separates you from reality.

What do you mean by reality? Real reality or virtual reality? Define the phrase "reality" more clearly if you don't want to be contradicted.

That's actually part of the game
