Top Ten Reasons Why Disneyland/Disney World Isn’t So Magical

I just did this list because I’m bored and I don’t like Disneyland or Disney World so much. Both places are definitely not bad, but I don’t like them that much (sorry guys).
The Top Ten
1 The Animatronics are Creepy

Everything on this list can apply to every theme park. Not just Disney.

2 It’s Annoying to Wait in Long Lines

Yeah, that's annoying indeed.

Should be number one.

It wastes time, too

3 The People in Costumes are Just Doing a Job, They Honestly Don’t Care
4 Some of the Food Isn’t Even that Good, It Can Make You Sick and Nauseous
5 If You Get Sick at These Places, It’s No Longer Fun
6 Arguments Over Which Ride to Go to (This Only Applies If You Have a Big Group)

My mom, sister, and I constantly argued over the rides at Disneyland. I wanted thrill rides, my mom wanted baby rides.

Me: I want to ride the Haunted Mansion
Mom: NO! Too scary for me!
Sister: No
Me: I want to ride Space Mountain and Star Tours
Mom: No. I want to ride It's A Small World
Me: I don't want to ride that! It's so boring!
Mom: We'll we're riding it and that's final!
Me: But mom!
Sister: Just do it!
Me: Fine... >:(

7 Rides Like It’s a Small World Can Be Annoying for Some People
8 Once You Leave the Theme Parks, the Happiness Doesn’t Come with You (Back to Real Life)
9 They're Buying Everything

Marvel, FOX, Star Wars, you make it. What's next, MGM Resorts and Caesars Entertainment?

10 The Characters Aren’t Real (Obviously They Aren’t but It’s Not So Magical Like This)
The Contenders
11 Always So Crowded (Obviously They are but It Makes Things More Annoying)
12 They Have Scary Rides (Which Lead to Children Crying)

I went on Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain at Disney World when I was 14. My sister and I went on Radiator Springs and the Matterhorn at Disneyland in 2015. NONE of them were scary. They all were fun!

Some of the rides will scare children and even adults and leave them crying, which is not about happiness.

Examples: Pirates of the Caribbean. the Haunted Mansion. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Splash Mountain. the Matterhorn Bobsleds. Snow White’s Scary Adventures. Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride. Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin. Gadget’s Go Coaster. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Stitch’s Great Escape. Space Mountain. Expedition Everest. Dinosaur. It’s Tough to Be a Bug. Avatar Flight of Passage. Star Tours. Rock N. Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror. Test a Track. Radiator Springs Racers. Incredicoaster. and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Well, parents should know which rides are best for children.

13 Takes a Long Time to Drive To

That's true. But, I'm actually okay with it. I can listen to songs!

I live in Philadelphia, so if we drive to Disney World, it takes about 20 hrs, but if we drive to Disneyland, it'll take about 40 hours! (rest breaks not included)

I prefer flying in a plane than wasting over 1 day riding in the car.

14 Throughout Its Entire History, Epcot Has Never Gotten a Single Roller Coaster.
15 They Still Haven't Torn Down Matterhorn Bobsleds.

It Is also crucial to history! The very mountain that stood since the beginning!

16 People Have Died There
17 They Charge About $20.00 for a Freaking Hat!

Stuff is always overpriced. Disneyland charges $5 for Starbucks.

18 An Alligator Killed an Innocent 2-year Old There
19 The Weather Can Be Unpredictable

It rained when we were in Disney World, but I got burned pretty bad at Disneyland

20 Too Far from Home

They claim it's close to your home, but only if you live in CA or FL!

21 It's So Expensive

And everything is WAY overpriced. I paid too much at Disneyland for a SMALL plush Perry the Platypus ($14), Starbucks ($5), and admission ($100).

I could pay for the EXACT same plush for less at the Disney Store at the mall back home, and the Starbucks cost less everywhere else.

22 Being Forced on Baby Rides by Your Parents

At Disneyland I wanted to go on all the mountain rides and coasters and thrill rides and the Haunted Mansion, but what did my mom do? Forced me and my sister on the stupid rides like Casey Jr, Disneyland Railroad, and It's a Small World.

I only got to go on one mountain ride (the Matterhorn).

23 It Can Make People Mad

At Disneyland, my mom made me and my sister mad by not letting us go on the rides that we wanted (Thunder Mountain, Grizzly River Run, Space Mountain, Star Tours, Splash Mountain, and the Haunted Mansion) and forcing us to go on the baby rides instead.

I also saw a dad spanking his daughter and making her cry.

24 Rides Constantly Aren't Working or Break Down

When I went to Disneyland, there were a few malfunctions.

Tower of Terror wasn't working at all when I went. My cousins, sister, and I really wanted to ride it. So disappointing! :(

Also we were in line waiting to ride Radiator Springs when it decided to break down after we waited for 2 hours. They tried fixing it for a few minutes but it didn't happen. We (along with the other people that were also in line) got frustrated, gave up, and left the line. Luckily, it was fixed a while later and we eventually got to ride it.

25 They Hide Way Too Many Secrets.
