Top Ten Reasons Why Elsa Is a Terrible Sister

Elsa did not want to kill Anna. She did not mean to.

IT WAS AN ACCIDENT! HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF YOU WERE A HATED PERSON BECAUSE YOU ACCIDENTALLY DID SOMETHING?!?!?!

Good analysis. However, I should point out that Elsa never really gives up her sense of responsibility. When she first unleashes her power and declares herself "free", she has no idea that her power is affecting other people. She assumes that she can be herself without harming anyone. When she realizes that this is not the case, she immediately tries to bring her power under control, something that she finds impossible to do. Elsa is never irresponsible; she is actually constrained by her responsibility. She feels the weight of it all the time, which is one of the reasons that "Let It Go" is so liberating. 
 Elsa is insecure, an introvert, and not exactly a lover. But she is a truly original and different Disney Queen/Princess. Unlike the other Disney pricesses she is a soul trapped in fear. Let it go, the hit Disney song attracted a lot of people. Elsa was free at last, but this would last shortly. Now Anna is, without a doubt my favourite 'Frozen'-character! She is adorkable and funny and waaayyy more attractive then Elsa (just look at those cute freckles! ). But, of course she like almost all of the Frozen cast, eventually turned out to cheesy of a person for me to like. I was fine with her, being a little cheesy at the beginning because I thought she'd turn out to be a badass character in the end. But none of that happened! As the plot continued, Anna turned more and more into a stereotypical damsell in distress, instead of a strong heroine, like I wished her to. But hey, at least she didn't run away from her problems and cried like a baby instead of facing them like Elsa, so I guess it's okay for her to be weak from time to time.

Queeen Elsa: Frozen's Luigi/Silver the Hedgehog.

Queen Elsa is so similar to Luigi from the ups-and-downs having Mario franchise and Silver the Hedgehog from the overrated Sonic franchise, mainly due to running away like the coward she is. Princess Anna is not actually a coward. But Princess Peach is the most cowardly.

At least she didn't run away from her problems and cried like a baby instead of facing them like Elsa, so I guess it's okay for her to be weak from time to time.

The thing is that Elsa isn t a villain.

She never went I hate this kingdom. I m casting an eternal winter on it just because. Muahahahhaha!. Everything was really an accident that Elsa never planned for it to happen.

When she freezes Arendelle, she s just trying to escape. Elsa has no practice on her powers so she doesn t know what freezing the water in the fjord can do. She just wants to get away from there.

The reason why she pushes her sister away is because she can t stand the idea of hurting her with her powers by accident. Elsa never hated Anna. Elsa never aimed to hit her sister s head nor her heart later in the movie.

Elsa didn t create Marshmallow to be evil. He represents the sad part of Elsa who pushes people away. If you think about it, all he says is Go away. He doesn t turn evil until Anna throws a snowball at him and makes him feel attacked.

Dur I'm Elsa! I almost killed my sister so I'll never see her again! Anna - " are you okay? " Elsa - " GO AWAY! I don't LIKE YOU! "

Elsa is probably the most irresponsible, poor role model to come out of animated movies in a long time. She freezes the entire kingdom trapping hundreds, if not thousands of people and preventing them from doing their work or returning to their own places. On top of this, she almost kills her sister at least 3 times, nearly kills a dozen other people throughout the movie, and the real kicker is, she never even offers an ounce of an apology. She clearly has terrible morals yet expects everything to be handed to her. After all of these outright terrible things that would account for at least a dozen felonies in any country around the world, she comes back to "her" kingdom, throws a little dust in the air, and suddenly everyone loves her. The original plot had her being an antagonist and it's easy to see why. Her character is so unlikable it should alienate anybody who watches this with even a slight sense of moral worth. Dur I'm Elsa! Anna - " can I marry--" Elsa - no I do not want to go to another event because I might kill someone! Anna - what? Elsa - AHH! ( freezes kingdom )

This isn't bad because love at first sight can be dangerous because you don't even know the person that much

Anna reassures Elsa but it it isn't enough so Elsa accidentally freezes Anna again. Not knowing this, she sends Anna away by making Marshmallow the abdominal snowman. And as for Elsa, she loses control of her powers again starts ruining her castle. Within minutes, some castle guards arrive and take Elsa to prison. Elsa escapes and Anna helps her unfreeze the blasting winter. Over all Anna represents happiness and love and Elsa represents protection and caringness. Elsa and Anna are two lovable sisters but so different from each other. Be yourself!

Elsa is not even portrayed to be evil, but she is overrated.

Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, just because Elsa has powers doesn't mean you can't let her go to her own parents' funeral and I tell you two that right now. This is all your fault for making Elsa missing her own parents' funeral. You made Elsa miss her own parents' funeral. You two did that on purpose. You two are going to be so guilty for this and that. You will regret the choice you made. What were you two thinking making Elsa missing her own mother and father's funeral? Are you insane or what? Elsa never ever even deserve to miss her own parents' funeral. We Anna and Elsa fans really feel angry and upset. You two could've let us see Elsa at her parents' funeral alongside her little sister Anna. Making Elsa missing her own parents' was the stupidest choice that the two of you have ever made. Why did you make Elsa miss her own parents' funeral? Why didn't you let Elsa go to her own parents' funeral? I think that represented how low and fearful and guilty Elsa felt. She didn't go out because she was afraid she'd let her powers out. And that she'd see Anna. She wasn't prepared for that. And,the only moment she got out of her room was when she was saying goodbye to her parents when they were about to travel. Maybe it was too much for her at the time.

I'd put Anna and Elsa back together after their parents died in a shipwreck and let Elsa go to her parents' funeral alongside her little sister Anna if I were those stupid writers of Frozen.

That Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee deliberately already made Elsa miss her own parents' funeral on purpose.

She was responsible for her death

She should of protected anna from Hans, instead of running away

Queen Elsa Of Arendelle: (gasping in shock being insulted and hurt by Eleen's insults, started sobbing, burying her face in her hands, fleeing in tears) Did you just call me ugly and say my eyebrows make you want to puke? Oh, how could you say such awful things about me like that? Huh? How dare you badmouth me like that? I rather pretend I never ever even hear you badmouthing me like that.

Well she's not ugly. She ranks number 6 on my prettiest DP list right after Anna. Although I dislike Elsa, I still think she's pretty like every other Disney Princess.

See if Elsa was the younger one I may like her more, but it seems like even though Elsa was the first born, Anna was more of the older sister.

When I watched this movie, I fell asleep.
