This paid service (Assignment Writing) is an indirect corrupt practice. Corruption is illegal no matter direct or indirect. The result is equally harmful. Corrupt practices are defined as “Offering, giving, receiving or soliciting, directly or indirectly, of anything of value to influence improperly the actions of another party.”
There's only one difference between direct and indirect corrupt practices:
Indirect - you don't give the money to your teacher/professor, you give it to the company and the company gives the money to the same or other teachers/professors, who write these assignments.
Imagine this:
Your next doctor knows nothing about medications and symptoms, and kills you, because somebody else wrote his assignments.
A chemist kills 120 people in a lab because one of these companies wrote his assignments.
I can also imagine that one day some teachers will make more grammar mistakes than me...
Future professionals will lack professionalism!

Good students actually compete with the professionals who write the assignments for the bad students. Good students have no chance to win.

So students with no subject knowledge can score good grades and will probably get good stipends - stipends that they will spend on services by similar companies to keep scoring good grades. Or on entertainment.
Immoral is different from illegal although they are related. I mean certain things can be legal but still immoral.
