During a physics class in which I had to explain the most common hydrogen-hydrogen solar fusion sequence to my friend, in which I explained that a positron and neutrino are introduced to conserve charge in the decay of one proton, I abruptly interjected by pointing out the bird crap in her hair. She said any bird would have to be insane, or wild, to get away with it, which made the connection in my mind. I introduced the "hawk" term as hawks are more powerful and majestic than whatever bird is likely to have done that. PositronWildchaffinch or PositronWildpigeon doesn't really work, does it?
An interesting additional fact is that we considered calling our dog PositronWildhawk before we got her. Eventually, we called her Daria. - PositronWildhawk (4/7/2015)

Chickenthropithecus (like Australopithecus, but chicken) during the development of their little chickothopithecus', one or more must've mutated into the modern day chicken.
