Reasons Why Richard Nixon was a Great President

He may have invaded Cambodia and get involved in Watergate, but Nixon had a lot of great things that can actually far outweigh his bad.
The Top Ten
1 He ended American involvement in Vietnam

Nixon-Kissinger administration was responsible/involved in genocide in Rwanda, Cambodia, Bangladesh. Kissinger got a Nobel prize for that. What a joke

That was one good thing

I mean it was a good thing. But that doesn't make up for the bad. - B1ueNew

2 He ordered an airlift to aid Israelis who were suffering during the Yom Kippur War
3 He was the first to visit China and established official diplomatic relations with China
4 His administration transferred power from the federal government to the states
5 He signed the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty with the Soviet Union to limit the usage of missiles for both nations

If I'm not mistaken I'm pretty sure it was Reagan who did this.

Woah.. Ya. He saved us.

6 His administration brought down Salvador Allende's regime
7 In ending American involvement in Vietnam, he brings the American POWs home
8 He enforced desegregation of American schools
9 He started the Environmental Protection Agency

I'm grateful for him doing this, even though the EPA doesn't care about the environment today because it's ran by conservative snobs.

10 He ended the military draft

Although it was then reinstated by Jimmy Carter, Nixon ending the military draft was largely because he wanted to undermine the anti-war movement that was happening.
