To say 'you only live once' for this feels like a contradiction, as it is actually more of a reason to get important work done. I'd imagine those who want to make the most out of their lives would want to work hard for a good job with high wages, and earn enough money to travel the world, buy a nice big house in a chav-free location, start a family etc.
