While not necessarily the greatest rock vocalists of the 90s, these vocalists are the most easily recognizable by their voice. It helps to hear the vocalist to know what band you listen to sometimes. This list is based on singers whose voices you can identify quite easily.

To me, Ed had one of the most recognizable voices in 90's alternative rock. His singing style was very unique. I'm glad he decided to rejoin the band even though Chris Shinn wasn't that bad either.
