My personal pick would be Chester Bennington, but singers like Bruno Mars, Adele, Adam Lambert, Lady Gaga, Chris Cornell among many others are fit for the #1 pick. Obviously Spam Voted item. I also heard that list was shared among Jackie Evancho's fan clubs which explains the Votes.
Dude, Mandisa is, in my opinion, the best singer of nowadays. She’s positive, smart, kind, and beautiful. She should be #1.

I like Spongebob Squarepants but it can be annoying seeing this over and over again on the top of every "best" list. Also, modern Spongebob isn't exactly the most popular form of Spongebob.
