Glad to see this up towards the top. It's always been one of my favorite instrumental songs.

Overly long, barely mediocre and totally unnecessary drum solo.
Bonzo was an excellent drummer, though generally overrated.
This cut falls into the category of, "What were you thinking? "

There is some audience cheering and Hedrix thanking the crowd at the very end of the 12-minute Band of Gypsies version, but its still an instrumental, and one that should Eddie Van Halen bow his head in honor of the greatest.
