Agree they are underrated but they still had a fair level of success if you look at how their albums have done on billboard charts. Shades of Deep Purple (24), Machine Head (7), Who Do We Think We Are (15), Burn (9), Stormbringer (20), Perfect Strangers (17) the most underrated band should really be a band that is among the best ever (subjective what criteria best means) but are never on the charts at all. Unfortunately such an obscure band would never be one on a voted poll as not enough people would know about them.
