Basically rock singers that are a bit too popular bit still have a good voice to sing with. All genres are allowed. And the singer has to be still living that's all really.

This does not make any sense, he is the biggest selling and most successful musician of all time, somebody who has accomplished that can't be overrated, unless you mean he is overrated today because he is 74 years old. He has done more than you ever will have when you are 74, or anybody else will for that matter.
The Beatles the band he sang for are a bit overrated. He himself is a bit overrated does not mean I got anything against him? No of course not! And age really? He might be old but he's at least better than our modern Pop stars. - BoredJeff02
McCartney has skated on the Beatles' fame for the past 45 years. Since the split, he's offered no more than sappy pop.
