Rock singers that could've been punk singers, or possibly can be depending on how they sound. I'm excluding singers that are already in a punk band, so no Billie Joe Armstrong for this list. Also I'll be excluding Thrash Metal singers, because Thrash Metal has punk influences. If I missed a particular singer, feel free to add them.

Songs like: War, Guilty All The Same, Across the Line, Cry Cry, Out of Time, All for Nothing, No More Sorrow, Given Up, End of the World, and etc. kind of give me punk vibes and his vocals could've easily worked with the genre shame that it didn't though.
