Overall, very messy instrumentals, painful vocals, and just not fun to listen to.
Blue Cheer sucks. Rush is better. Progressive rock is better than Psychedelic rock. 70s artists are better than 60s artists. Blue Cheer more go with Aerosmith, AC/DC, Kiss, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Thin Lizzy, Alice Cooper, Blue Oyster Cult than The Rolling Stones, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, Cream, Rush, The Beatles, The Byrds, Bob Dylan. Someone before said looks like someone got to have sucks with Rush well I would say the same with Blue Cheer.

Blue Cheer started the power trio? Shut up, Cream was the original power trio.
It's too little too late for Blue Cheer. Their time has passed. Those bands that you listed and said they didn't start a new type of genre? It doesn't matter, what they did was not start a new genre, but expand on their own, and that's why they get praise today. To add, there are a small number of users that like them, so isn't that enough?
Eric Clapton is so good in the band should be at least #3
Number 5? Should be at least #2 behind Rush
