The Contenders: Page 20
As much as it is a Japanese comedy and all, a lot of my male friends cried out loud while watching this movie. The way a mere nerd can fall in love with a female cyborg was so beautiful. And it was heart breaking when she sacrificed herself for him because she is starting to know what love is. - aeromaxx777
I don't understand, why is this movie on this list? Was it the ending of movie before the song real in rio? Was it all the sad parts in it? Plenty of movies have sad parts in it you know regardless of the type of film. I mean seriously I am really confused here. Could someone please explain why it's on this list, because I would really like to know.

I don't know anybody not crying at the scene on the graveyard, when Fluke leaves his family and everyone of them realized who he is.
Fluke is probably the best film featuring a dog ever...
The acting job by Comet (the four legged star of Full House), pre-CGI stupid lips animation, is beyond belief.
He's really acting like a pro and is able to convey through his deep and unique eyes all the right emotions.
This film also delivers a very important ethical message. Beautifully shot and photographed Fluke has gained a lot of love and respect over the years...

I watched most of movies in this list but none of these put a lump on my throat like Léon: The Professional. That movies should be at least on the top ten. With the excellent acting of Natalie Portman and the theme song Shape of my heart, Léon: The Professional is the saddest movie I ever watched
Why isn't this movie on the list. I guess maybe many have not seen it.
