Basically cartoon characters that like toturing people, that are violent, even a bit psychotic, enjoy seeing people in pain and are downright evil.

The most sadistic cartoon character ever created. He tortures his own daughter, costs the lives of many innocent civilians and doesn't even care about the people that he's hurt.

2 Stan Smith - American Dad Stanford Leonard "Stan" Smith is the main protagonist of the adult animated sitcom American Dad!. He is voiced by the series' co-creator and executive producer, Seth MacFarlane.

He's basically like Peter Griffin but more political and less stupid.

I don't think I need to explain why for Stewie.

He has real anger issues especially in: Adult Party cartoon.
