Top 10 Safest Countries to Live In the 21st Centurykormo
The Top Ten
Honestly, such an incredible place to live. True, it gets cold, but I feel at ease walking the streets, knowing that nobody around me is likely carrying a gun. Also, with (virtually) free healthcare, I live with the knowledge that the people I love will be able to seek treatment for any ailment or issue that should fall upon them. Great place to live and I am super excited to see what changes Prime Minister Trudeau makes in terms of helping refugees and saving the environment. - Matthewn1999
Being safer just proves that Canada is better than USA. Canada is better because it is safer less overpopulated less crime better place to raise kids plus Canadians live an average 3 years longer. Beat that. If you debate with an American and ask him what makes his country better he or she will just be like well...ummm we have beer at 7/11's That is not a real reason Einstein. Give me another reason. American be like: Well Canada is boaring. I say Canada is much more fun than you realize. You can go Sledding Snowboard Ski in the winter. Also in the summer in some parts of Canada it feels like Florida in the summer. So beat that.
Canada wins again?! Every list I go onto saying "top ten safest countries in the world" and Canada is always #1. we are the safest country in the world. safer than new zealend, Sweden or Denmark. Canada wins it all. I live in Stockholm, Sweden and I'm thinking of moving here. Its really beautiful and it sounds safe. Just as long as its not in Africa or Asia.
very safe.V 15 Comments
Really? New Zealand is arguably the safest country in the entire world! I'm a female teen and I wouldn't care about worrying walking the streets alone at night. Couldn't say the same for other countries, though.
New Zealand is everything Canada is and more!
I believe we should be at no. 1, to be honest. Crime rate below 1% and is almost unheard of...

Yes Australia does have some poisonous animals but you just need to stay safe. We had an anti-gun law since 1996 and had only 13 mass shootings from 1973-1996.
Australia is actually a great place, I live there, and there is a whole bunch of nature. Some animals are only seen in Australia (Like the kangaroo)

The Muslims are not a problem, as someone said here, France is the multicultural country of Europe, and it's a real charm. Some problems occurred, yes, but the risk is low. The probability to be killed in a terrorist attack is 1000 times lower than to die in a a car crash during your daily working trip. And France has so many advantages, living in french Polynesia (120 islands) there is no more secure and relax. Just enjoy it!
The Muslim pig is a problem...
I'm living in France now, I have chosen this country for lots of things:
Life style, food, landscapes, cities, architectures, exhibitions, lagoons (French Polynesia), rain forest (French Guyana), diversity of people (120 Nationalities), fabulous castles (more than 20 000), health care etc...
But also for safety, even if some suburbs of cities are not so safe, but it's the same in any big cities.
This country is much safer than what somebody else think about other SEA countries...
