Salts with the Best Color

Alkadikce
I have once spent a whole day browsing images of different salts because there are endless combinations and almost all of them (excluding the white ones) have different colors.

The Top Ten

1 Copper sulfate

Reminds me of Neptune's color. Perfect color for a spring/autumn jacket. - Alkadikce

2 Cadmium sulfide

I had known the color name "cadmium yellow" before I knew what cadmium is. This is the perfect color for a children's room wall. - Alkadikce

3 Manganese sulfide

I know TheTopTens users don't like pink (it is voted worst color) but this salt has a color like some baby girl clothes. - Alkadikce

4 Nickel chloride

I know green towels are not popular (maybe still more popular than black towels that don't even seem to exist) but for me this is the perfect color for a towel. - Alkadikce

5 Copper chloride

Copper sulphate is Neptune, copper chloride is Uranus, iron oxide is Mars color. - Alkadikce

6 Titanium dioxide

The whitest color ever. - Alkadikce

7 Potassium dichromate

Molecular selenium has a far better red color, but it's not a salt. - Alkadikce

8 Palladium chloride

Looks like some delicious, expensive flavor that is used in ginger bread. - Alkadikce

9 Cobalt phosphate

The famous cobalt blue. It looks so good I want to breathe this salt in. - Alkadikce

10 Gold chloride

Does not look as good as gold itself but concurs with cadmium sulfide. - Alkadikce

Sounds weird - BorisRule
