The term Scandinavia in local usage covers Sweden, Denmark and Norway. In English usage, it also includes Finland and Iceland. This broader region is usually known locally as the Nordic countries.

In this list I use the narrow local usage that includes only Sweden, Denmark and Norway (no Finland and Iceland on this list).
