He is insane and murderous and the smile on his face is super creppy

Harvey Dent was one of Gotham's most trusted citizens until he had acid poured on his face making him go insane and become a criminal by the name Two-Face. His face is pretty freaky and his voice makes me shiver!

If I saw Two Face in a dark ally in Gothum City, I would think I was going to die. He is overall HORIFING!

Not exactly scary in most of the games or franchise, but truly better than any of these overrated scrubs.

His level was just endless jump scares. After a while that will take a toll on your mind

If you crossed paths with him in real life, you would pee your pants! When the titan is in his system and he is big and huge!

In Arkham city when Penguin controlled him and he couldn't die! That was weird and freaky
