1 Anton Chigurh (No Country for Old Men) Anton Chigurh is a fictional character and the main antagonist of Cormac McCarthy's 2005 novel, "No Country for Old Men." In the 2007 film adaptation of the same name, he is portrayed by Javier Bardem.

Chigurh is that compressed, yet hollow unease that blossoms in your stomach's pit like when you know you've wandered into a very wrong neighborhood.

It's as if this guy just stepped out of a horror movie. Brilliant!

2 Pale Man (Pan's Labyrinth)

Sin City has a lot of great characters but kevin is by far the scariest and creepiest of them all.

First time he showed up he freaked me the hell out.
