Scariest Indie Horror Games
The Contenders: Page 2
Now, I know the FNaF franchise isn't one of the scariest game series out there. But, they are still horror games. For me, the other games did not scare me, but I did get a bit anxious if I was going to get jumpscared since the nights can get really hard to beat (Well at least for me). I barely played this game because it gave me a bit too much anxiety than the others. That moment when you check the hallway door, leaning in in order to hear any breathing, then opening the door to find a big bunny jumpscaring you. I'm a bit of a coward, so of course that spooked me, even though I should have saw it coming. This is not a game to keep you up at night, afraid to go outside of your bedroom, but more of a game to you anxious and cautious while playing it.
Walking through a randomly generated maze, with some bird monster after you... yeah. its pretty scary if you ask meV 1 Comment
This is so underrated. Don't play if you are easily triggered, though I think it's very unique. It is very cute at first, but it can get VERY scary. It also has an original plot. It seems like nothing at first, but after that fish starts flying, then go into the painting in the bedroom. Do it.
This game gave me nightmares every cutscene was blacj and white the whole game is hunted
This game is really scary. I promise. It's the year 1987 and you're gonna go into an abandoned building and in the abandoned building is a killer that is hiding in there, so beware! If he finds you he will run over to you and kill you with his Power drill and I promise you'll be really scared the first time you play it! I've watched a video on Youtube when Markiplier plays this game.
