Most Serious Family Guy Episodes

The fact that this episode didn't even have any cutaways really says something.

A Family Guy episode that takes domestic abuse seriously? It's actually really hard to watch.

Sure, the episode isn't THAT serious. However, the episode is surprisingly unbiased in regards to abortion. Nobody would expect that from Family Guy.

Meg actually calls out her family for the abuse. Unfortunately, the writers had to screw up this episode BIG time.

That episode should be number one because this episode is far more serious, especially about Brian's death (but thankfully he gets to return back to the show).
