Top 10 Shows that Most Need a Revival

Here are the shows that DO need a revival. Shows that are already getting a revival can be included if needed.
The Top Ten
1 Samurai Jack Samurai Jack is an American action-adventure chanbara animated series created by Genndy Tartakovsky for Cartoon Network. The series premiered on August 10, 2001, with a TV movie called The Premiere Movie, before ending in its fourth season on September 25, 2004, without concluding the story. A revival was produced twelve years later, giving the fifth and final season that concludes the series, which premiered on Adult Swim's Toonami on March 11, 2017.

The first episode of the revival was just perfect.

I watch all episodes of this fantastic T.V. show its awesome I recomended to everyone

2 Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi is an American-Japanese animated fantasy-comedy television series created by Sam Register for Cartoon Network.

Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi was one of my favorite shows on Cartoon Network. Please, Cartoon Network, bring this series back.

As long as it isn't a crappy reboot, we're good to go.

3 Courage the Cowardly Dog Courage the Cowardly Dog is an American animated horror comedy television series created by John R. Dilworth for Cartoon Network as part of the network's Cartoon Cartoons block.

Believe it or not, John R. Dilworth has announced for a Courage the Cowardly Dog revival. Finally, two more seasons, and hopefully a movie.

4 Catscratch Catscratch is an American animated television series created by Doug TenNapel (also known for creating Earthworm Jim). It was aired on both Nickelodeon and Nicktoons on July 9, 2005 and ended February 10, 2007. It is an adaptation of TenNapel's graphic novel, Gear, which is also the name of the cats' monster truck. The series features music composed by longtime TenNapel collaborator, Terry Scott Taylor. Catscratch's first DVD appearance was on Nick Picks Vol. 3, which came out on February 7, 2006 (though the DVD contained only "Bringin' Down the Mouse").

Heck yes! I loved this show! It ended way too soon!

5 Dave the Barbarian Dave the Barbarian is an American animated television series created by Doug Langdale for Disney Channel.
6 Danny Phantom

I liked this show. It was fun and easy to watch. The story and characters were developed really well.

My favorite Butch Hartman series.

7 Regular Show Regular Show is an American animated television series created by J. G. Quintel for Cartoon Network that premiered on September 6, 2010. The series revolves around the lives of two friends, a blue jay named Mordecai and a raccoon named Rigby—both employed as groundskeepers at a local park.

Nah, I don't think so. Regular Show should stay dead.

8 Sym-Bionic Titan Sym-Bionic Titan is an American animated action science fiction television series created by Genndy Tartakovsky, Bryan Andrews, and Paul Rudish for Cartoon Network.

I can't believe I actually remember this show! It wasn't on for long but as soon as it started getting good it's plug got pulled. From what I remember it was kinda corny but I felt like the story was pretty good. For some reason it makes me think a little about Steven Universe and Transformers mixed together.

Tartakovsky has actually hinted at bringing back the show on Cartoon Network during an interview regarding Samurai Jack Season 5. Let's have our fingers crossed for another animated series revival, folks!

This show got cancelled in favor of the Problem Solverz?!

9 Chowder Chowder is an American animated television series created by C.H. Greenblatt for Cartoon Network. The series follows an aspiring young child named Chowder and his day-to-day adventures as an apprentice in Chef Mung Daal's catering company.

I would also like Chowder to revive, because my step-brothers love this show too. All of the new Cartoon Network shows are kind of lame now a days. I want the old shows to make a comeback (Mostly Chowder). I hope many of the Chowder fans agree that Chowder should have a revival.

I say Chowder needs a revival, because it’s one of my favorite T.V. shows of all time. I'm really sad that Chowder got cancelled. There isn’t even a complete series on DVD in the United States. Chowder is a really awesome show and Tara Strong can be the new voice of Chowder, just like she did in the video game "Cartoon Network: Punch-Time Explosion." Even my mom is sad that Chowder got cancelled. Even though it only had three seasons, I hope Chowder could come back to us all. Thank you!

10 Megas XLR Megas XLR is an American animated action comedy television series created by Jody Schaeffer and George Krstic for Cartoon Network.

It sucks that it was short lived.

The Contenders
11 Invader ZIM Invader Zim is an American animated television series created by Jhonen Vasquez for Nickelodeon. The series centers on an extraterrestrial named Zim from the planet Irk, and his mission to conquer Earth and enslave the human race along with his malfunctioning robot servant GIR.
12 Robotomy Robotomy is an American animated television series that aired on Cartoon Network in 2010. Created by Michael Buckley and Joe Deasy, the series is set in a high school for robots and centers around two socially awkward robot friends. The show is known for its dark humor and parodies of teen drama clichés. Although Robotomy had a brief run, it garnered attention for its unique concept and mature themes.

This show was way better than Superjail! It sucks that it got cancelled after 10 episodes.

13 Teen Titans Teen Titans is an American animated television series created by Glen Murakami, based on the DC Comics characters of the same name.

It is disappointing when they take a show with an actual good plot and replace it with a parity version. I don't mind TTGo (it's just mindless humor) but I wish they could've at least kept working on the original Teen Titans show too. Hopefully they will bring it back like they are bringing back Young Justice.

Screw Teen Titans Go!, this one is way better.

14 Friends Friends is an American television sitcom, created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman, which originally aired on NBC from September 22, 1994, to May 6, 2004, lasting ten seasons. It now airs on Nick at Nite. ...read more.
15 Gravity Falls Gravity Falls is an American animated television series produced by Disney Television Animation that first aired on Disney Channel, and then on Disney XD from June 15, 2012 to February 15, 2016. The series follows the adventures of Dipper Pines and his twin sister Mabel in the fictional town of Gravity ...read more.
16 El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera El Tigre, or El Tigre II is the half superhero and half supervillain form of Manny Rivera. As such, El Tigre is what most of the show, El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera revolves around. Manny has used his El Tigre powers to be a hero to stop supervillains but has also committed evil deeds such as teaming up with other supervillains to cause destruction and havoc. Besides Manny, an ancestor of his was called El Tigre I who also had the same powers Manny has in the current timeline of the show.

Fun, quirky and surprisingly particularly designed characters, with a great lighthearted approach to the good/evil dynamic that you don't see all that often but really ought to see a bit more. It was kind of like if someone mashed together The Amazing World of Gumball (in terms of humor) and Kim Possible (in terms of how morality is defined, and somewhat in terms of formula), and it was glorious. I've always thought it should've gotten that next season they were trying for.

17 Malcolm in the Middle Malcolm in the Middle is an American television sitcom created by Linwood Boomer for the Fox Broadcasting Company . The series was first broadcast on January 9, 2000 and ended its six-year run on May 14, 2006, after seven seasons and 151 episodes . 18 Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends is an American animated television series created by Craig McCracken for Cartoon Network Studios.
19 The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius is an American computer animated television series created by John A. Davis. It is the first spin-off to the 2001 film Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius.

The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron is another one of my favorite T.V. shows of all time. I’m sad that the show got cancelled too. They didn’t even make a series finale. I didn’t really like the spin-off series "Planet Sheen," because Jimmy Neutron never made one appearance. The only character I've seen in a flashback is Carl Wheezer. Even though it only had one movie, three seasons and three crossovers, I hope The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron could come back to us all. Thank you!

20 Pingu Pingu is the main character of the TV show of the same name and Pingu in the City. He was created by Swiss filmmaker Otmar Gutmann in 1986.

I hope this is still stop motion, but not the cgi animation like Thomas and Bob the Builder reboot. Pingu, I never know whether it was part of my childhood or not but I don't remember anything, is probably the best children show in not only in Great Britian but also in Switzerland.

It's about a quirky penguin who went into a simple, but silly adventures. The theme song is really catchy to hear with a little dialogue (the show has no dialogue like Shaun The Sheep). But let's just say that this show will deserve to have a reboot not some other awful ones.

21 Kim Possible Kim Possible is an American animated children's television series created by Bob Schooley and Mark McCorkle for Disney Channel.

It was an entertaining show. What I don't like about it ending is the reason why. It ended because they figured there were enough episodes to air reruns and they didn't want to use any more money to animate for it. Such a lame reason to end a show! Right now I'm worried about old shows like this being revived but not getting the justice it deserves.

I think the Kim Possible franchise doesn't need a revival. I think it's best if we let it be. It'll still be a cult classic.

22 Breaking Bad Breaking Bad is an American crime drama television series created and produced by Vince Gilligan. The show originally aired on the AMC network for five seasons, from January 20, 2008, to September 29, 2013.
23 Ruby Gloom Ruby Gloom is a Canadian animated television series based on the Mighty Fine apparel line of the same name created by illustrator Martin Hsu.
