Sorry I had to vote to comment but the creator of this list should know by now that Chad Kroeger and Nickelback are always added to his negative lists because of his own ridiculous obsession with punishing what he considers to be bad musicians. No Chad Kroeger does not really need to be arrested he has not done anything seriously wrong ( that I am aware of at least). However there is no more reason to arrest Taylor Swift or Selena Gomez than there is to arrest him. For the later even her appearance is brought up. Well Chad Kroeger looks pretty dopey in pictures I see and as has previously been commented his hair does look like spaghetti but who cares if he is the ugliest man alive. You should not be arrested for something like that but for harming society and no making bad music (which Chad Kroeger does in my opinion) does not count sorry. P.S Hate speech or encouraging violence can be a reason for arrest just saying.
